How do I track my order?
Please track package after 24 hours of receiving tracking information at usps.com.
What is your shipping policy?
After you order, it will take 48 business hours (not including weekends) to process your order (confirm credit card and verify card holder identity). After your 48 business hours processing it will take 5-7 business days to receive your package, all orders placed after 6:30pm EST are considered placed the next business day. Our shipping provider is the United States Postal Service (USPS). You have the right to decline the shipping insurance which does not hold Mierra Hair LLC liable for lost or stolen packages.
What is your returns policy?
Exchanges are only made if Mierra Hair LLC made an error. We will only consider exchanges on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains tied.
Orders can not be cancelled but orders can be modified within 24 hours. To modify an order please email us at orders@mierrahair.com and please put your order number in the Subject Line.

· Exchange packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, original packaging and the hair must be unused.
· Contact MUST be made within 3 business days after delivery for exchanges.
· Merchandise must be received before a credit can be granted towards your next purchase.
· Shipping & handling as well as insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense.
· All sales are final as all hair selected is quality assured before shipping.
Important Federal Laws: Due to nature of our product and important federal laws and federal regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product.
